Thanks, but I'm not really a horror writer, but I'd be happy and open to reading just about anything that'll be posted.

I wasn't a horror writer when I started out, either. In fact I was quiet repulsed by it and scared of it. But I've since found that it's something that I'm good at and even enjoy writing. Just give it a shot - you never know, you might learn something about writing and about yourself :)

Horror's cool with me. I love a good blood bath once in a while, lol. But Japanese horror really gets me going. As the infamous Ringu series to me is the epitome of ghost story horror. Over here it's called the Ring, but trust me the original is FAR more psychological. I may not write horror myself, but I do write some horrific scenes in my stories. I have a trilogy in the works, it may be cliche having a large part of it in an nuthouse, but hey, we all love the nuthouse....right...hehehe! :PP

The Ring has to be one of my favourite horror stories. Terrifying :)

Sa..Da..Ko... (i want a tattoo of her so bad, mwahaha) :PPP
hehehe, if you get a chance to see the original 4 movies (Ringu 0, Ringu, Ringu 2 and Rasen) do, they're subtitled but are better then the American remake, oh and Ju-On and Ju-On 2, the original Grudge movies, ALSO creepey as hell, lol

@ Rebecca, you suddenly caught my attention with your comment about "The Grudge". I can't imagine am laughing my head off. You folks gotta forgive me. Am imagining you peering from the doorway at the screen in total fright torn between finishing The Grudge and stopping it completely. Ha ha haa

@Bill - since horror is so humorous to you, how about we sit you down, STRAP you down more like it, like the guy from Clockwork Orange i believe, with the things to keep you eyelids stuck open and force you to watch all the Faces of Death videos plus all the ones the military shows its troops, i think a game of "Find the head." would help you a lot ;)

Lol @ Aaron
@ Bill, my name is right there on the screen and you still spelled it wrong? :P

Rebekah King

@ Rebekah, The pronounciation of your Name is in my head, not the way you spell it. Catherine - Cathrine - Kathryne - Doreen - Dorine, whichever, folks will always come with different spellings to their Names. If I were to stand behind you and say "Rebekah" you wouldn't tell if I used a "c" or "K" probably the accent would put a difference to the pronounciation. Sorry!

@ Aaron, Horror is not humorous to me. The way people tend to purposely scare themselves, makes me have a laugh because I see it coming even if I haven't watched the movie. Countless times I have stopped watching a movie or stopped reading a book when it gets beyond a certain point. A friend recently brought me a Stephen King Novel, I looked at her for a long long time before shaking my head, with a firm, NO! She was suprised.

@ Bill it doesn't matter how you say it when you're not actually talking to me??? That doesn't even make sense. If my name is clearly in front of you and you spell it wrong, that annoys me. Don't go off talking about pronunciation when I cannot hear your pronunciation, it makes no sense and you are just making it look worse for yourself.
