So lately I've been writing poems about random things so I can avoid doing my research paper. Haha.
Living underwater, Never needing to come up for air. That’s the life I want, The life of a mermaid. Swimming with the fishes, Laughing bubbles. Living life in the cool, dark, waters, Occasionally coming up the surface to feel the warmth. Having a tail instead of legs, Fins instead of feet. That’s the life I want, The life of a mermaid.
