soul mates

This poem is about moving foward in life  and planing  the future.

I don't want to be ungrateful, but I don't
like being in the situation that I'm stuck in,
it's hard for me to be open about life,
I should really be thankful that I have a
job, some people don't have anything at all
and live on the streets, lucky I have a roof over my head.
Sometimes life gets a bit lonely when you
are on your own, all I need is a holiday
so I can think about the situation,
I wanted to move out, so I'm looking
for somewhere to live, maybe If I save more
I can rent a place for me and my son,
council housing are taking the piss,
they take too long to find me a place.

This is as bad as it gets, this is the situation that I'm in now.

I'm getting older now, I fear I'm not where I should be in life,
God please help me, I'm calling you in my hour of need, get me out of
the situation I'm in, the 30 mark is approaching
and I'm still living at mi mum's house,
I feel it's time to move out,
go on holiday and find the woman of
my dreams, I know it won't be easy but
I'm up for the task,
all I need is the luck.

Turn the page, next chapter in my life,
where I hope to achieve these things
so I can get out of the situation.
