For Charlie

when your sanity is questioned/ you are filled with pain.

remember through it all/ there is only the taker to blame.

the sweet, loving words that were false/ only his game.

made you feel you were the one/ true purpose-cause you shame.

took what was never his/ adding only to his fame

of being not a giver/ you were only another name.

REMEMBER WHEN YOU FACE THE DARKNESS/ SEEK OUT THE LIGHT.

try to forget it all/ seek to sleep.

this task is impossible/ you can, only, weep

regarding the truth about his soul/ his evil was deep.

all you wish is an anchor/ something to keep.

to make you feel whole, again/ redeem yourself-make a clean sweep

at forgetting his cruelty/ make a new beginning-a new life to reap.

AS YOU FACE THE DARKNESS/ I WILL HOLD YOU TIGHT.

REMEMBER WHEN YOU FACE THE DARKNESS/ SEEK OUT THE LIGHT

AS YOU FACE THE DARKNESS/ I WILL HOLD YOU TIGHT.

KEEPING YOU SAFE AND LOVED THROUGH THE NIGHT.

MAKING YOUR TOMORROWS- BEAUTIFUL AND BRIGHT.
