soul mates

Sometimes it just takes one person to inspire a poem. I'm happy to have met you.

Where you to be an hour of our Earth’s favoured star, so much more beautiful would be the day that night would think it not its duty to hide away all that we as man have made unfair, as it so always does.
That day’s light would bless the world and keep the night at rest as it would know it not its place to steal away your grace’s work.
To shine that hour will show all you are as I so truly know your warmth.
Rise with heart and I shall count that day as a happy last and forever more, the only.
