soul mates

This is my attempt at humor.  I hope that it is funny.  Just nonsense like a nursery rhyme.

Beyond the yonder window break

I saw the sea a-sawing

‘Twas not calm and knot tied

From Neptune’s fist a-hurling

I did dance a jig and prance a jig

Upon the littered moonlit floor,

For Freedom’s dumb free sentiment

To always feel a boar

“Sing a song of Sixpence”

The Pent up Sea a-Sang

Rising Past, a Pasteurize

And o’er the levy came

A cavalcade of coddled eggs

Did warm my warbled throat

As the sea saw select apparel

Upon its surface float

Never to wrest arrested fears

Never to wonder over wandered shoals

Never to come up to my comeuppance

Nor ponder heaped up coals

The sea did win with all its din

My proper property

But I prevailed most perfectly

And floundered endlessly
